I just did a post on David Baker's announcement of " a breakthrough paper in Science" which was in your RSS feed.

When I saw his announcement, I saw that there were previously very important announcements which I do not believe went to your feed.

As a reformed cruncher, I try to boost every BOINC and WCG project where I see news in social media. I take your message out to over 700 non-specialists around the world and some of them might just be enticed to try Public Distributed Computing.

But I cannot do anything unless your news is in RSS feed or Facebook.

So, let me help by getting all good news out into social media. Anything I see I will jump on.

The function of notices came out well after the BOINC server version being run on R@h. So, I don't believe that avenue is available unless (or until) the server code is upgraded.
