a linux clint that supports Arm based cpus. for setups such as the panda board or RasPi board?

a little army of $25 pi boards for rosetta sounds interesting. Work per watt would be higher then that of the atom setups big time.

Well, you might eventually find a BOINC client for such systems, but as you can see on the applications page, Rosetta does not support ARM. I'm also not sure, if the Raspberry Pi with it's 256MB RAM would be capable of running Rosetta tasks, most of the time they need much more than that.
