How do I download work to my computer

I haven't gotten a WU from Rosetta in almost 3 days. Attempted the connnect to server but boinc says its "not requesting any new work" What the .... Thats the reason I am trying to connect. Is there a valid reason why my client won't D/L more wrk for rosetta Space is a vast empty space. Let us hope that it does not occupy the region between your ears.
