Running multiple tasks

Is there any way to make BOINC download and execute more than one task at a time? Actually, never mind, I restarted the computer, and it started running 6 tasks. I do have another question though. How can I change project priorities. I have also joined MilkyWay@home, and I want that to mainly use the GPU, while rosetta uses the CPU. How can I tell it to do that?
