No More WorkUnits from Rosetta

Got this message a few days ago "If this happens repeatedly you may need to reset the project." I have tried (several times) to reset Rosetta but I still can get any WU.I have removed it and then re-enter it but it doesnt work.run BIONC 6.2.18 with Ubuntu. What can I try/do to more...?
