I've been getting a lot of "download failed" error messages in Rosetta over the last two days. I have 11 computers on a home LAN. The problem is occurring on all 11. I do not have the problem with SETI.

I am also getting a lot of download failed, expected ***, got****.........as a result I have not been able to run Rosetta much the last couple days.........when I try to reset the project, or just update it, i continually get no new jobs.

I've dropped rosetta project & suscribed to it again, but same problem. It seem that this project (only this one don't work for me) have trouble with lot of people, not all.

My config: ubuntu 9.10 / 9.04 (dual boot) with boinc_dir= /home/user/boinc-client

Ok, now Rosetta run again with last minirosetta 1.87 & database 31588 & graphics 1.64

join the club, have 4 computers and am having the same problem, since Saturday has been a pain just to get anything. Am still down on one computer and nothing seems to correct error. am running 6.6.36, could that be part opf problem, I don't know !!!

Me too! I get no projects on any of my 3 machines. Yet, whem I look at the status on my account, it indicates a server status of "over."

Jul 30, damned "project servers may be temporarily down": that bad song all day long, and when something is downloaded it's so slow (10 - 30 bps)

Release 1.88 is coming, but still receive "http error" & "project communication failed: attemting access to reference site"

Hope rosetta guys find a solution

Mini 1.88
Very hard to link for downloading, and when it's done the result is: wrong calculation (may be signature but nothing in "messages")

There is something weird with this 1.88: every WU crash, when download is finished the wu start & 1 second later it ended with "wrong calculation". That is for the last 5 wu downloaded.

At time, 1.87 is working with 1 wu instead of 1.88 crashing
