Is it possible to see in the next version of Rosetta the name of the protein in the graphics?
I think it would be nice to know what protein my computer is folding, like in the Foldit game.
If the entire name is too long to be inserted in the graphics, the Protein Data Bank ID would be useful as well (personally I think it would be better).

It is really sad when somebody interested on my screensaver asks me what protein I’m folding and I don’t know the answer. :(

Good idea! Currently you can get the PDB id by looking at the workunit name. For example "lr8_fast18_score12_rlbd_1acf_IGNORE_THE_REST_DECOY_11814_1264" works on 1acf.

Thanks.
I hope that also other people will find the code between all this letters and numbers in the WU name. ;)
In any case it would be better to see the name directly in the graphics, for example just before “stage” and “cpu time”.
IMHO
