has the new 6 hour rule been implemented?
I have my run time set for 4 hours but all the new tasks I downloaded have a completion time of 6 hours.

I am not sure they will stop at 4 hours or run to 6 hours. Should I raise my run time to 6 hours to go along with the project estimated time of 6 hours or will each batch run its own completion time?

I don't know, but my last two workunits now completed arrived with an expected completion time about that percentage higher than what I had requested. They actually took close to the time I had requested, though. There's probably no need to raise your runtime, unless you'd like to see the problem repeated with even higher numbers.

greg, I don't believe any change has been made yet. But this can occur when BOINC "sees" how long your most recently completed task took to complete. So, perhaps your last tasks went a bit long.
