The other BOINC projects let me delete old hosts when they have no results in the db for it any more. Rosetta however is keeping work units that have timed out or had errors, which seems to be what is preventing me from deleting an old host (the PC was upgraded from Win2K to WinXP). I'd merge it but as the O/S has changed, BOINC sees it as two different computers. Is there any reason to keep the work units that had errors or timed out? *** Join BOINC@Australia today *** |

Is there any reason to keep the work units that had errors or timed out? Yes to annoy Webmaster Yoda :) You don't seem to have any computers that have zero credit on them, did you fix this and not tell us about it ? |

You don't seem to have any computers that have zero credit on them, did you fix this and not tell us about it ? Some time after I posted the message, the old work units that were stopping me from removing inactive hosts were deleted (by the project). I was then able to remove the inactive host(s). So it looks like the problem was indeed fixed. *** Join BOINC@Australia today *** |
