Just a thought, I saw the same error (-185 (0xffffff47)) after upgrading my firewall from Comodo 2.4 to Comodo 3.0. It was the so called Defense Plus in the firewall which didn't accept the minirosetta 1.19 to create a file. (Access is denied.)
I'm now running the firewall with the Defense Plus in training mode which solved the problem so far.
In your case some security software might cause the “ Access is denied” problems.

Interesting, I thought I had cleared that problem with that program.
I guess not. I wondered if Comodo not knowing mini rosie was the cause, but I thought I had seen the error before. Well anyway, your probably right about comodo. Ever since I told Comodo to accept the program there are no more problems. Thanks for pointing that out.
