Anyone know how many of these specific tasks are out there? The failures are turning up quite a bit in the 5.82 thread. I theorize that the base programing for the 1782 series of this particular protein is defective. The errors are all the same no matter what the machine. Can anyone look into this and post what is going wrong? For those of us crunching this particular protein and then having our computing time goto waste due to the error is rather annoying. |

Looks like all three of yours had negative seed values. Also looks like you've not seen any problem since March 14. I thought I had seen a post from someone on the Project Team confirming they found the cause and canceled the WUs... but now I can't seem to find it. Perhaps it was posted on Ralph. These WUs were sent Mar 16 or later. They don't look like they were canceled. https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/workunit.php?wuid=135818179 https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/workunit.php?wuid=135576285 https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/workunit.php?wuid=135535596 |
