Crunching and overclocking...validate errors?

I have an Intel q6700 that is mildly overclocked to 3.25gHz and I am getting validate errors. My rig is perfectly overnight stable on Prime95 and Orthos. Is overclocking the cause of errors, or is it something else. Good question. I have one of my systems overclocked as well. I found it usually takes a few hours to get WUs to start running correctly. I have no idea why but it happens every time I build a new rig. Give it 8 hours and see if you continue to get errors. It is likely the problem will go away. Good Luck! Thx!
