Hello fjpod,
Just looked into your computer results (quite a collection) and saw two kind of compute errors:
1 ERROR:: Exit from: .dock_structure.cc line: 429 on the Rosetta 5.82
and: 2 Unhandled Exception Detected...

The first error occurs quite often lately, take a look in the thread: Problems with Rosetta version 5.82. Likely a 5.82 bug.
The second error I don't know, it might as well a R@h error or an error at your hard- or software.
