Can't link input file

Any idea what the 'Can't link input file' problem is caused by? It's a remote machine which i can vnc into (well, i'd use logmein.com) but it'd be easier if i can just send a batch file up that'll fix it - i assume a project reset is required? Or deleted a file out of the BOINC subdirectories? I take it you are running BOINC as a service on that machine? Under what user's authority?
