When I tried to join a team, I found the team I wanted, and clicked on "Join" ... except that I clicked on the Join link from the menu bar on the top several times before I figured out that there is ANOTHER "Join Team" link at the bottom of the screen.

Maybe the wording on the account profile page, when a user is not a member of an account, could specify that the link NEAR THE BOTTOM be used, to avoid the ambiguity which "got me" a couple of times?
