Lots of decoys!

In other words, you are crunching along and things look ok, and so you think you are on to the right model, but later find it didn't match the native structure and you were following a "decoy". There is the native structure, and anything else is a decoy. Decoys are the models of how this protein or RNA, of docking pair COULD appear in nature.
