Please, can any moderator solve this problem? Please contact me using my E-mail if there is any question raised. I had run Rosetta@Home before but never on my Intel C2D. I tried register a new account using my E-post address and old password. It didn’t work and it was impossible do that saying I was an old user. I was forced say I’m a beginner and write my E-post address and Account key. Now it is 2 Lagu on the stats page and I has rank 102 (14,622,63 points) and the newest has rank 212 (2.185.20) 20-05-07 Normally I use my E-mail address and password but when use the Account key I got 2 accounts one for Intel and one for my AMD´s. I want to have my old E-mail and password recovered. I also want to have the new Lagu paired to my old Lagu. And the new Lagu removed when the new points has been moved over. I want to have all my computers on one alias. Last I ran that project was 2006 I guess Thank you in advance Lagu http://www.amdusers.com/danny/amdaffiliate.gif |

Lagu, Moderators can't change account data, and have no access to it. All Boinc accounts use the "email address" as the unique identifier. If you had an old account, you can simply attach using the old addy. If you've used a second email addy to create a second account, then you have two accounts and should pick one to use. Only admin can change account data. You can add as many computers (hosts) to any account that you'd like. I'm not sure I understand the question, so what I've said may not help. tony |

Tony is correct, a moderator cannot do what you are asking... but you can. If you could clearly state what you know and what you do not know, and which two user IDs you have, we may be able to explain how you can achieve what you want. If you have the account key, then you can edit the profile and see the EMail address that was used for that account. If you have a given machine that is attached to the "wrong" account, then you can mark the project for "no new tasks", complete and report what tasks you have, detach from the project, and then attach again, specifying the "correct" existing account information.
