Time to completion

Rosetta will run as many decoys as it can to match as closely as possible to your preferred WU duration. If your setting is 6hrs, it might manage 10 decoys within that time. If you reduce this to 4hrs, it will only manage around 6 or 7 decoys within this period. The results from each decoy are as valid as each other though.
