I tried to run BOINC/Rosetta on ubuntu 6.10, and keep getting that message.

You're using a 64b Linux CC (boinc). Rosetta has NO 64b app/work to send so it's telling you so. If you write an App_info.xml, you can tell rosetta to download the 32b linux app/work.

Is this Augustines CC?

PS. I don't know how to write the app info. Maybe someone does.

According to Augustine, only Seti, Setibeta, Chess960, Malaria control, and ABCathome/beta have native 64b apps.

Thats odd, because I'm sure It ran fine on Open SUSE 10.2 x86-64, except it put the cached WU's in memory

See, this post and this post by Augustine in the same thread. You might find something useful by reading the whole thread.

If you figure it out, let me know, I'm a linux noob with ONE 64b Mandriva system waiting for work too. (actually it's dual boot and I'm running win right now).
