Hello everyone. I wanted to let you know that we've created a new moderator account. But we don't actually have a new moderator. This new account, called Mod.Zilla will actually be shared by all of the moderators for use in creating project documentation threads. You see a user with moderator status cannot edit your posts... but they CAN edit their own... indefinately, no 1 hour limit like posts by non-moderator participants. In the past Moderator9 created a LOT of project material, but now noone else can revise it to clean up spelling/typing errors, or use the terminology of the current BOINC versions. This Mod.Zilla ID will allow the moderation staff to work together in creating and maintaining important informational threads, which you may have noticed have been falling out of date. So, I wanted to introduce you to this new ID, and also get your input on which threads are the most out of date and should be rebuilt under this new user ID. Or perhaps input on topics for new informational threads or how to better organize some of the information that is already posted. --Mod.Sense Rosetta Informational Moderator: Mod.Zilla |
