Can we get a listing of the WU names for the CASP 7 proteins. I want to keep an eye out for them.

Check:

http://predictioncenter.genomecenter.ucdavis.edu/casp7/targets/cgi/casp7-view.cgi

The target ID will be in the WU name eg: HOMOLOG_ABRELAX_hom006_t283_505_1563_0
The target number is t283.

I leave my PC running all day while I'm at work. When I came home tonight it said it was working on a CASP 7. I hope it knows what to do when it's finished, because I don't.

It does the same thing it always does, it reports it's results back to the project (i.e. Rosetta@home). ...THEY then compile this with the rest of what they've learned about the protein and submit a winning structure back to CASP :) (actually they submit several structures that they think stand a good chance of being very close to matching the X-ray results).

Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's. But running Rosetta@home just might!
