I'm boboviz, one of the admins of BOINC.Italy community (www.boincitaly.it), the biggest community of Italy about BOINC.
I'm writing because we need your support to fix a problem with our team on Rosetta@home.

BOINC.Italy is a boinc "WideTeam", and we use a service account for the team founder on all the projects, "TeamAdmin", with boincitaly@gmail.com email address.

In last months we realized this change, and we tired to get back the founder via the transfer request but the new founder rejected it.
Also we tired to contact and invite him more times trough private message on Rosetta to give back us the founder of the team, but he wants to remain the founder.

This is a problem for our community because we don't know his intentions and we can't manage the team.

So we are asking Rosetta@home administrator, if possibile, an help to recover the founder of our team (id 276), switching the founder to the TeamAdmin user (id: 388241).
We also ask to verify why with the email address boincitaly@gmail.com we do not receive emails from Rosetta@home (other projects works fine), while with other email addresses everything works.
This originated the problem of the founder not being notified of the transfer and we would like to avoid further problems.
