Is there anyone who can give me hint what I am doing wrong: I entered something like <img src="(valid url)"> in the "Team name, HTML version" field of the "Edit team info" page - but the image doesn't appear on the team page. Since other teams are doing this, there must be a way... Thanks ! Team betterhumans.com - discuss and celebrate the future - hoelder1in.org |

No idea really, but I think BBCode tags work everywhere, e.g. [ img ]https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_images/rosetta_at_home_logo.gif[ img ] (stripping whitespace) gives you this effect: Best UFO Resources Wikipedia R@h How-To: Join Distributed Computing projects that benefit humanity |

No idea really, but I think BBCode tags work everywhere, e.g. "Dimitris" is correct. You have to use the BBCode tags to make it work. The entry is as follows- [img]the image url [/img] The Url you need to use in place of "the image url" is most likely - https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_images/rosetta_at_home_logo.gif That will provide you with the image displayed above. Thanks Dimitris and M9 for your responses. I guess I should have been more patient. It seems to take forever (many hours) until the team page gets updated after an edit. So when I looked again this morning, the gif was displayed (see link in my sig). And by the way, it *is* possible to input regular HTML ;-) - not sure whether BBCode also works. -H.
