Not getting credit

Win ME is not supported so Me thinks that is your problem... It has worked fine for at least three months. I have been advised that it works fine with W98 also. Another Me rig went down as far as scoring goes . They run normaly, produce valid results yet get no credit. I need someone on the server end to look at this.
