Hi, So I'm not a newbie, but.
I have an account, I've downloaded version 5.2.13, I've set my computer to "localhost" (lan connection)
I put in the correct address and then I get a message that saz non-boinc project url. So, try to log in under my account and password, NO GO.

This is what the manager saz to me:

Unfortunately I run Macs so I may not be much help. You may want to repost this message in the number crunching forum here, a lot of people there are using PCs.

But something you said did not seem right. I am curious that you say you "set" your system to "Local Host". You should have just been able to install BOINC, and connect to the project using the BOINC manager option for that function. Of course you have to first come to the R@H home page and follow the links to create an account. Then wait for the e-mail to arrive, and use the info in the e-mail to attach to the project.

This all assumes you are connected to the internet. If you are not then then BOINC cannot attach and download the application and work units.

I'm having a simular problem. I've been number crunching for 3 years now but this morning I had a CMos failure and had to reset date and time. This affected boinc manager with regards to "report deadlines" all of my 12 projects had a report deadline of 13/12/1901 yes 1901, no typing error. Since then I cant get new wu's for Prodict and Rosetta, the rest are ok. I've updated and reset both projects to no avail.
